Gypsy Girl Haven | Holistic Wellness & Soulful Transformation for Women
Founder • Wellness Coach • Guide at Gypsy Girl Haven

I’m Regina — a 45-year-old mom to two incredible humans and one wildly loved fur baby, my Gypsy Princess (a.k.a. the original “Gypsy Girl”). I’m a creator at heart — I craft, I bake, I journal, and I believe deeply in honest conversations, soulful growth, and a little sass paired with sacred work.
I’m a Gemini through and through — equal parts grounded guide and playful goofball — and I’ve learned to honor every beautifully complex layer of who I am.
But I didn’t become this woman by accident — or by taking the easy road.
For 22 years, I lived inside an abusive relationship — shaped by control, fear, and isolation. Separate from that, earlier in my life, I survived sexual assault. Both experiences left deep imprints, and I live with PTSD not as a label, but as lived knowledge — one that taught me how trauma settles into the body, the nervous system, and the stories we tell ourselves about who we’re allowed to be.
In 2023, everything came to a breaking point. And in the aftermath of what I never should have had to survive, I made the hardest and bravest decision of my life: I chose myself. I chose safety. I chose healing. I chose to take my life back.
With nothing but the grace of God, grit, and a tribe I never saw coming, I began rebuilding — breath by breath, tear by tear, step by step.
It wasn’t pretty.
It wasn’t quick.
But it was powerful.
What I’ve learned is this: trauma doesn’t disappear just because we decide to “move on.” It shows up in our bodies, our health, our relationships, and our capacity to rest, trust, and receive.
Long before that breaking point, my body had already been asking for help.
In 2019, the highest weight I recorded was 355 pounds. Along with it came high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, hormone imbalance, pain with movement, and deep disconnection from my body. In 2021, when doctors recommended spine surgery typically reserved for people decades older than me, I knew something had to change.
That was the beginning of my true transformation — not just weight loss, but learning how to feel safe in my body again.

I hired a health coach. I committed to therapy. I worked alongside my primary care doctor. I explored GLP-1s. I learned how trauma, stress, and nervous system dysregulation directly impact metabolism, energy, and healing.
And then life stress hit hard again.
By mid-2023, I had lost weight — but I was exhausted, under-eating, foggy, stuck, and disconnected. Healing had turned into another thing I was trying to force.
That’s when I was introduced to Isagenix.
Not as a miracle. Not as a fix. But as a tool that helped me properly nourish a body that had spent decades in survival mode. Within days, my brain fog lifted. My energy returned. I could move again. I broke through a plateau that had felt impossible.
But the real shift wasn’t the scale.
It was learning this truth — one I now teach every woman I coach:
Healing does not happen through punishment, restriction, or pushing harder.
It happens through nourishment, safety, regulation, and support.
Isagenix became one piece of my journey — not the hero of it. I did the work. My body responded because it was finally being supported, not overridden.
And from that lived experience — the trauma, the rebuilding, the physical transformation, the nervous system healing, and the spiritual grounding — Gypsy Girl Haven was born.
Today, I am a wellness and life coach who supports women in sustainable, compassionate transformation — body, mind, and nervous system included. I work with women who are tired of starting over, who feel disconnected from themselves, and who are ready to heal at the root instead of chasing quick fixes.
Yes, this space includes products I trust and use. And yes, I’ll share them if they support your goals.
But Gypsy Girl Haven is first and foremost a haven — a place to land, regulate, rebuild, and rise.
This space exists for the woman who has survived more than she ever should have.
For the one learning to feel safe in her body again.
For the one discovering that healing doesn’t require erasing her past — only integrating it.
You are not too far gone.
You are not too broken.
And it is never too late for a new beginning.
Welcome home.
Meet Gypsy
The Heart Behind the Haven — Fierce, Faithful, and Full of Love. Unpaid Therapist. Soul Companion. Sidekick for Life.
Gypsy is more than a fur baby — she’s the heartbeat of Gypsy Girl Haven.
Rescued from the meat trades of Thailand, Gypsy carries the spirit of a survivor and the soul of a wanderer, just like her name suggests. As my emotional support companion, she has been beside me through some of the hardest seasons of my life — offering quiet comfort, grounding presence, and unconditional love when words weren’t enough.
When my world was unraveling and I was walking through divorce, Gypsy was constant. She was there for the long nights, the tears, the rebuilding, and the moments when simply staying present felt like the bravest thing I could do.
When I chose the name Gypsy Girl Haven, it was a deliberate nod to her.

At nearly 15 years old, I know our time together isn’t forever — but her impact is. This company was born in a season where she helped keep me steady, regulated, and moving forward one step at a time. Naming this space after her felt like the most honest way to honor the work she did to get me through the hardest chapter of my life.
Gypsy reminds me — and everyone who meets her — that healing doesn’t always arrive through answers or effort. Sometimes it arrives through presence. Through loyalty. Through a quiet companion who stays.
Her free-spirited energy and unwavering devotion inspire everything Gypsy Girl Haven stands for: resilience without hardness, strength without force, and the beauty of walking life’s journey gently — together.
In many ways, Gypsy is the living reminder at the heart of this space:
You don’t have to walk alone.
And you don’t have to be “whole” to be worthy of love.
Gypsy Girl Haven exists as a tribute to the love, loyalty, and quiet strength that carried me through when I needed it most.
